Made an appointment, and glad I did. From the time I handed my keys to the employee to the time I was handed the keys back was 13 minutes. (2 new tires). Not sure if that is typical but I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter thought it was a Nascar pit crew. Great job team!

Had a 9AM appointment for my wife's car An earlier appointment has been quicker for ny previous truck because getting their early is always better. We were about a half hour early for this appointment however It worked out fine.

I had made an appointment to get tires on Tuesday because the ones I wanted were not in stock. I made the appointment on the phone. When I started the truck I noticed that the tire I was having a problem with was down to 13 pounds. I was just down the road from the store so I went there. I was able to get a different brand tire that was in stock. The time I was there was very reasonable.
